Welcome to Fallas Map (“the App”). By accessing and using this web application, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of the Application

The App is an informational guide about the Fallas of Valencia. The service is provided “as-is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Its purpose is to help users locate monuments and events.

2. Intellectual Property

• Code: The source code and interface design are owned by Fallas Map.
• Open Data: Information regarding locations, mottos, and artists originates from the Open Data Portal of the Valencia City Council (Ajuntament de València) and is used under their open license terms.
• Sketches & Images: Images of the sketches belong to their respective artists or Fallas commissions and are displayed for informational and cultural purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

Fallas Map is not responsible for:

• Inaccuracies in GPS location, schedules, or monument information.
• Last-minute changes made by the Fallas commissions or the City Council.
• Errors resulting from the use of third-party navigation services (Google Maps).

4. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to adapt to legislative changes or app improvements.
